Happy Holidays!

Well, we are so busy around here. I was in Sandpoint, Idaho most of last week, which was snowy and fun, and now we are off for sunny southern California! I will definitely be posting up a storm starting around December 31 or so, when we arrive back home!

I hope everyone has a great holiday, and gets lots of good gifts!

I'll try to keep my chin up, and not get too down about being unpregnant for another Christmas. I'll just focus on my upcoming FET, and not dwell on the bad...it usually works.

Wow, you're traveling all over the place! I hope you have a wonderful holiday as well! Looking forward to hearing lots about your FET post-Christmas!

Sounds like a busy travel filled Holiday! I love travelling though, and I hope you are enjoying yourself a lot!! I am excited to hear all about your FET and wish you all the luck and everything that I can for it!! Hey, Sonja dreamt she was having quads and it came true; you dreamt you'd conceive on a FET and that's so much more likely to happen so I'm feeling super optimistic for you!! Besides, your embies are all SO awesome!! :) Merry Christmas!

10/2002: quit bcp, and starting charting/temping

2/2003: Clomid, bfn

3/2003: Clomid, bfn

4/2003: Ovarian cyst, ruptured, pain

5/2004: bleed for past YEAR, finally seeing new OB

6/2004: Hysteroscopy/Polypectomy, bleeding finally stops

10/2004: Another new OB, Clomid, bfn

11/2004: Clomid, bfn

1/2005: pelvic MRI, adenomyosis found, possible septate uterus

2/2005: Laparoscopy: no septum, just a slight dip at top of uterus

3/2005: Clomid, bfn

4/2005: Clomid, bfp!

6/2005: m/c at 5 weeks, approx. No d/c needed.

BREAK!

3/2006: First RE, start metformin for PCOS: IUI/Clomid, bfn

4/2006: IUI/Clomid, bfn

5/2006: IUI/Clomid, bfn

8/2007: Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, take lots of very bad for you drugs, including chemotherapy. Obviously no TTC.

9/2008: Go off all RA drugs

10/2008: heavy bleeding, cramping

12/2008: New OB appt, she finds huge submucosal fibroid that extends from top of uterus through cervix. Almost bleed out during transvaginal ultrasound, shocked my ob, who scheduled hysteroscopy for the next morning.

2/2009: BFP, followed by period 3 days later...chemical?

8/2009: Second RE, decide it is time for IVF. Cutting to the chase, so to speak.

9/2009: HSG, SHG, hysteroscopy, bloodwork, all for IVF. Antral follicle count is 75. AMH is 7. Will stim carefully and try not to die from OHSS.

IVF #1:

10/14: injection class

10/17: start Lupron, 20 units

10/23: stop BCP's

10/28: suppression check, E2: 43 - passed!

10/29: start stim meds: Follistim/Menopur

10/31: first E2 check: 163

11/02: baseline U/S & bloodwork, E2: 535

11/04: 2nd U/S & bloodwork, E2: 1367, & lots of follies

11/05: E2 check:1667

11/06: 3rd U/S & bloodwork, trigger day, E2: 1993

11/07: take HPT, to test for trigger, E2: 2300

11/08: Hello, Advanced Maternal Age!, E2: 3100

11/09: ER:28 eggs

11/10: 21 fertilized embryos

11/12: 16 blasts, pushed to a 5dt

11/14: Day 5 ET: 2 hatching blasts, 7 frozen blasts

11/20: light positive on hpt

11/21: darker positive on hpt

11/23: beta #1: a craptastic 25.1

11/25: beta #2: 50, of course.

11/29: beta #3: 1.5, put a fork in me!

12/05: WTF and FET planning appt.

12/31: Baseline u/s: no cysts & E2 check: 56, passed

12/31: start BCP's

1/12: start Lupron

1/18: last BCP, woohoo woohoo woohoo!

1/23: suppression check

1/24: start Vivelle

1/27: E2 check: 257

1/31: E2 check: 350 & lining check: 9mm and trilaminar, MTHFR: positive/heterozygous C667T

2/03: E2 and lining check: start Estrace

2/07: last E2 and lining check: pass - start PIO, doxy & medrol

2/12: Day 5 transfer - 2 6Aa hatched blasts

2/21: Beta #1 at 9dp5dt: 167.5

2/24: Beta #2 at 12dp5dt: 518

3/07: First ultrasound @ 6 weeks: twins, looking good, two heartbeats seen!

3/21: 8 Week U/S: Vanishing twin, remaining twin looks good.

4/5: 10 Week U/S: baby growing on target, HB 185. 5 cm fibroid found on scan, plus a SCH. Just to keep it exciting, I guess.

4/16: 11 wk 5 d - MFM appt, NT: 1.38mm

4/23: 12 wk 5 d - First OB appt: 1 lb gained in first trimester

4/25: Welcome to the 2nd trimester!

5/18: Miscarriage
